Damaged Product or Manufacturing Error
If you receive a damaged product or notice a manufacturing error, please contact our customer support team at support@msthinkapparel.com within 7 days of receiving the order. To expedite the process, provide the following information:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs or videos showcasing the problem
Our team will assess your claim promptly and, if approved, provide you with further instructions on returning the product. Do not return the product without receiving instructions from our team.
Refunds and Replacements
For eligible cases of damaged products or manufacturing errors, we offer the following options:
a. Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will initiate the refund process once we receive the returned product. Please note that the refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
b. Replacement: If you opt for a replacement, we will send you a new product as soon as we receive the returned item. Replacement is subject to product availability.
Conditions for Return and Exchange
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
The product should be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
Any additional shipping fees incurred for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error made by our team.

Cancellation Limitations
After the initial 24-hour period has elapsed, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests for printed products. Each item is custom-made to order, and production begins shortly after your order is placed. As a result, we cannot halt production or resell custom items once the production process has commenced.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
